# Financial hardship policy

We work closely with our Customers to ensure we provide the support needed in times of financial hardship.

Below are some of the options available:

- Option to fast track your claim, where reasonably practical
- Waiving of cancellation fees, where applicable
- Deducting the excess from any claim payment we make to you
