# RSPCA Pet Insurance op shop offer terms and conditions

## Eligibility

- This offer is only available to customers who make a purchase from an RSPCA Op Shop after 1 April 2026.
- To qualify for this offer, customers must take out a PetFlex policy with RSPCA Pet Insurance on or after 1 April 2026, by using the unique op shop offer QR code.

## Offer details

Eligible customers who successfully take out an RSPCA Pet Insurance PetFlex policy will receive one month of free cover.

## This free cover period will:

- Start on the policy start date shown on the Certificate of Insurance (COI).
- Expire one month after the start date.

## Duration and limitations

This offer:

- Is available for new PetFlex policies only.
- Can’t be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- Is valid until 31 August 2026.

## Exclusions

- If a policy is cancelled during the free cover period, no refund will be payable in respect of that free cover.
- Cancellations made outside of the one-month free period will result in a refund of any prepaid unused portions of premium, and no further charges will be applied.
