matches the market .Asking for 7 more characters is painful!!and cheeky not being able o see a copy of the conditions is print was not helpful in making my decision .The reading out of such long winded legal clauses and commercial interelatinships was intimidating and should be said in a plain English version

The telephone experience was awful. Took far too much of my time and everything was repeated so often. The last part of the discussion was pure nonsense. The person rattled off information and fone numbers at a crazy rate. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have chosen another company, where it is all done on line.

The consultant this morning was super friendly and helpful. After doing a quote online and seeing the premium prices, I’m super glad she gave me a call this morning and discussed the product with me, and to my surprise, the price was super awesome and well affordable, considering the price of living at the moment.
