We have yet to experience the full benefits of RSPCA pet insurance and cannot give an accurate assessment of the policy. However, our interaction with the agent Margaret left us feeling that we have made the right choice and that this insurance policy would be addressed with honesty, transparency and reliability.

Margaret the agent I spoke with was very informative. She clearly articulated the conditions of the policy. She was able to answer my questions and those my wife asked. We had particular concerns and Margaret addressed these clearly and we felt with transparency. The issue of pet insurance posed dilemmas and confusion. Margaret was able to address our concerns and helped us feel we had made the right decision to purchase RSPCA pet insurance.
