I will give 5 stars due what it says it covers. Hopefully when my puppy needs it there will be no issues as I have never claimed. Really like they don't tell you what vet to use but have a great list of vets with no gaps service. That helps to decide where to vist.

The guy I was talking to was really nice and friendly. Answered all my questions. Never had pet insurance before. At first I wasn't happy that when I didn't finish the quote online as I wanted to think about it, my phone rang not long after but I was quickly relieved and not pushed to purchase.
