However, one day prior to contacting Paul, I had 4 or 5 missed calls from you, and no voicemail left, I was at work and couldn’t take calls. I can’t see why a short message wasn’t left. I haven’t had to make any claims. But as far as purchase of pet insurance, was easy.

Ron was very helpful with all the information that we needed and then he let me talk it over with my husband and rang back an hour later.
