Paul was wonderful to deal with, he was patient with my many questions as I searched through other companies. However, one day prior to contacting Paul, I had 4 or 5 missed calls from you, and no voicemail left, I was at work and couldn’t take calls. I can’t see why a short message wasn’t left. I haven’t had to make any claims. But as far as purchase of pet insurance, was easy.
