Again, problematic. The fact that an old policy has lapsed should not automatically require a year in advance payment. I would understand if claims have been denied or fraudulent activity but a simple mistake resulting in lapse made resulted in what should be an easy process being very difficult

Service staff were pleasant and helpful but very annoying that it took multiple attempts to get the insurance sorted. There should be a process in place for staff to check back that the action they have taken on behalf of customers gets followed through.
