I loved how quickly someone called me in reguards to the pet insurance quote, the representative was very helpful easy to understand but also thougher. I loved that I got a couple missed calls as working in childcare we aren't allowed phones on the floor so organising these things can be quite difficult very impressed.

I received a call-back within 10 minutes of making an enquiry, and the consultant who spoke to me was patient with my questions and easy and friendly to talk to (I am sorry to say I can't recall her name). She took the time to ask me questions about my cat and she wasn't pushy. Signing up to the policy was a very simple process.
