As I've literally just joined I haven't needed to make a claim but I like the fact that there are payment options and flexibility if you want to change payment plan and policies. Would love if there was some kind of rewards system where if you haven't made a claim for say three years your policy repayment comes down. Just as further incentive for people to continue on with it.

The lady I dealt with was informative, pleasant just so helpful. She walked me through the whole process without rushing, explained how to make claims. She was fantastic. Also your insurance site is easy to follow, not complicated and easy to navigate around. I also liked that my call was answered almost immediately which meant the process didn't take long which was great as I had a puppy peeing on the carpet at the time.
