Ive always believed in rspca and wanted to help support but insurance is a hard thing for us as we dont have much money. He helped relieve that stress when i worry about my animals.

I recently too the opportunity too terminate my insurance policy with you. I have no complaints with you policy as such, but with your manner of presenting it on a person to person level. I opted out of your services as I felt trapped. While initially signing up for full Coverage I had to downgrade. Then I decided to opt out altogether for a monetary consideration and also and more significantly because of the real struggle with your staff in leaving the 'firm'. I have admiration for the utter dedication of your staff to keep me and my boys IN THE FIRM, but they could not HEAR me when I was desperate to opt out. It was. like a stranglehold. That is why I am opting out. It is almost like I am wounding or insulting you to leave. They were desperate. This is a wonderful strategy and businesses are resorting more to it...as if they would be personally violated. But then it stops you from listening. Anyone with animals knows how important it is to LISTEN to their UNSPOKEN WORDS. AND PLEAS. Please issue me a receipt of my cancellation as per phone call and recent letter . Thankyou.
