I was very happy with the person who handled my application in all aspects except that I felt rather overwhelmed with the approach. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I understand she had to give me a lot of information in a short period of time, but I would have liked it to go a bit slower, with more time to think about it. Instead I felt pressured into making a decision/commitment quickly. I did appreciate that she accommodated the time difference between WA and NSW.

Nick was great: he explained everything clearly, listened patiently and sympathetically ( my last dog died three months ago at nearly 16 years of age) and did not apply any pressure or show preference for a product. It was a pleasure to have such cheerful, enthusiastic service.
