I signed up the insurance to support RSPCA. The phone experience was not very pleasant. I find the person over the phone salesy. At the end of the conversation, he rattled a lot of 'stuff' and expect me to say Yes to agree and accept what was said. Perhaps this is procedural but how can you expect a person to fully understand what was rambled over the phone and he has to agree to what was said? Not a good experience.
