Good but on the paper work has the wrong sex down for my dog and also has given me a different policy number to what the lady gave me, I have called to fix this problem but no one has called me back as I am at work and could hold on. the lady organised for someone to call and I am still waiting to have this fixed up.

I found the first consultant i spoke to was less interested in listening to my questions/ comments because they were too busy pushing for the higher premium cover, they appeared very scripted and a simple process was one that became tedious and dragged out.

Great extra features like no excess and donation back to RSPCA. I must say, however, that quoting 2 weekly given that there are 4.33 weeks in a month puts an unrealistic slant on the comparative monthly premium. Most Uletimate packages are 45 - 50 per month and you are $11 a week sounding therefore like $44 a month which is really $47 a month, so still competitive.
