Good but on the paper work has the wrong sex down for my dog and also has given me a different policy number to what the lady gave me, I have called to fix this problem but no one has called me back as I am at work and could hold on. the lady organised for someone to call and I am still waiting to have this fixed up.

Good but on the paper work has the wrong sex down for my dog and also has given me a different policy number to what the lady gave me, I have called to fix this problem but no one has called me back as I am at work and could hold on. the lady organised for someone to call and I am still waiting to have this fixed up.
I haven't tried it yet as i only joined last week, however the girl explained everything to me and i hope i never have to use it but it sounds very good.
