I feel that when taking out the highest cover there should be more cover for alternative therapies. Just like humans, we don't just need to pump drugs into our pets. I have had great success with assisting my previous pets with alternative therapies. you should consider extending this to meet other insurance companies & move with the times. Alternative therapies & traditional medicine work very will TOGETHER
