I was very surprised that I had received a call before I had even finished the process of the on line application. I was unsure about this because of fraud etc and a phone call was a little off putting. If I could suggest anything it would probably be if the person from the RSPCA stated that they were monitoring on line applications and reassured that they were actually from the RSPCA because I had no way of confirming that detail. I was not happy to give my bank details on the phone though and I think that I should have been given the opportunity to complete the on line direct debit details. Maybe this should be considered - especially if someone was already going ahead with on line applications.

I called today to try and add another pet onto RSPCA insurance and was advised this was only available during 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and when I call back it could be a long wait . The reason is due to COVID- Well as you can imagine I am in the same boat trying to keep a job and dont have time to sit on the phone while at work. I asked it this was not possible to deal with this by email so I can do outside of working hours and this was not possible . So no offer to call back or take down my details now so the call back could be done quickly , just told to call back . Well that means for me a cancellation and going elsewhere

I'm not sure. I'll have a proper read. I originally called instead of doing it online to ensure I received the discount and so both of my puppies would be on the one log in. Checking i select too now.

2 or so weeks ago I started entering my puppy's details online and received a call immediately which was excellent. The lady then put me through to the extension to complete my insurance for Molly. After 26 minutes on hold, my lunch break was over so I had to hang up and go back to work. No follow-up from RSPCA and I forgot until a couple of weeks later. The waiting time is too long.
