Just one thing to mention. The benefit limit is $11,000 per year etc, however during my phone call when I took out the policy the staff member advised me it was $12,000. I didn't mention it to him as I thought that perhaps the limit had increased. My paperwork advises it is still the same as previously so therefore the staff member has this info wrong.

The price is affordable and it's nice to know it is supporting the RSPCA. It seems ethical. It's also good to know there is no excess charged, just a flat 80% rebate of the vet's bills as well as routine health check fees.
