I called up to enquire and get more information on the policies on offer. After talking to the person on the phone, I signed up to the top cover. When I received the documents via email about my policy, I read it and realised that that some significant information I was given on the phone that became the deciding factor to choose the top level cover was incorrect. I called the RSPCA pet insurance hotline the next day to clarify information. It was confirmed that I had been misinformed. I now feel completely let down and that the first contact I had on the phone was just trying to sign me up and thats why he lied. It needs to be noted that the second contact on the phone was not friendly at all, and instead I found this rude and abrupt when I was raising my concerns. Not to mention that I now don't even know if my dog is covered or not because I can't access her insurance on the portal (the second contact said I could). And now on a Saturday, I can't even contact anyone to find out.

I called up to enquire and get more information on the policies on offer. After talking to the person on the phone, I signed up to the top cover.
