I would have thought with a brand name like RSPCA this would be a highly reputable company. However I found the sales approach of the person who phoned me overly pushy, and felt my enquiry swiftly turned into a sale against my better judgement. I'm planning to cancel the policy as the benefits appear minimal unless something catastrophic happened.
