We provided the original invoice and description of media all procedure for our border collie for payment which was honoured. We requested the original invoice returned but we were advised this was not normal practise and the invoice could not be located. We required the invoice as proof of the desexing procedure for the border collie as she is a dog which is currently being shown in major border collie dog shows.

Very poor customer service where I was advised that we could not insure a second pet for a further 72 hours because of lack of staff. Stated that I would take my business elsewhere but after consideration I rang back an hour later and spoke to Alan who provided excellent service and the pet was immediately covered. One has to wonder where the mixed messages come from!!!!
