Had to ring 3 times to get my new policy sorted. Second time I was told some one would ring me back in 5 mins and no one rang back. Around 40mins later I rang back and was told something different. Was advised to ring back next day, so will have to make sure to ring back again and am not looking forwards to it. I wanted to change date of birth on my application for my pet and was told this was a problem. So I asked to cancel my policy and do a new one and was told this could only be done by person who did my original one as this was a problem and they would ring me back which they never did.
