The operator who called me after I enquired online was lovely. She had a real interest in animals and was super helpful, nice and the conversation flowed naturally, which sometimes with these types of calls, it doesn’t. A real pleasure to be served by someone who clearly enjoys what they do!

The specialist was very knowledgeable and professional . He made it very easy , clear and a smooth process . Explaining and checking for my understanding. Stopping to confirm that I understood and asked if I had any questions . Sometimes sales are made and that’s the end of it however consultant provided with after sales support as well. I would very highly recommend him to other families and friends. Well done . We need more people like him .

I cancelled because I didn't want it and I kept saying that I didn't. I had to people listening and they both agreed that the person wasn't going to give in. So I decided that I would take it and then cancel. I did email to say cancel the policy and today I had another call and the lady started telling me the policy all over again. I ended up telling her I have heard it so many times, I decided to end the conversation as it wasn't going well.

They need to train their staff to listen to what the could be customer is saying. I cancelled my policy before the cut off and they still have taken the money out of my account. I will be telling everyone I know and don't know of this experience.

After a few weeks of research into pet insurance... I chose RSPCA for 2 reasons. 1. That a portion of the fee goes to the RSPCA And 2. Was the lovely consultant Georgia, who was very professional, knows your product well and was very personable and helped me make a well informed decision.

Disappointed at the misunderstanding which has left my pets uninsured for a month. I contacted RSPCA insurance and initiated a policy, a month ago, wanted to change the monthly premium withdrawal date and made the request by telephone. On my return from holidays I rang to check that the policy was up and running, only to be told it had been cancelled, leaving my dogs uninsured as I had cancelled my previous insurance policy with another company. Not good enough, RSPCA!
