It all sounds very reasonable and sincere especially when the insurance covers the term of my dogs life and doesn't stop after she turns 9 like some insurance companies.

The choices were good (reason for waiting a month to decide). Went with the best insurance without any pressure from caller. Happy that some of the proceeds go to RSPCA to help other animals.
