We wanted affordable insurance for our Calico cat as she is so precious to us, and being pensioners, a big vet bill would be catastrophic, as would having to PTS for only financial reasons. Mid-range fortnightly payments are affordable and should we ever need to lodge a claim, finding the 25% balance of the vet bill won’t be overwhelming. I love that my policy payments also support the work of RSPCA, and not the pockets of other insurers and their CEOs.

Relationship! By asking some key questions about my pet, that were not related to insurance at all, she immediately established relationship by showing interest! I could not have asked for a better caller. Having moved through this informal introduction and into the required elements to sell your product, she had already established a platform of trust and friendship. I felt like I was choosing a present when I chose the level of cover. I hope this lady can be a trainer for others.

Competitive pricing. We were particularly pleased that a portion of the premium is directly re-invested into RSPCA welfare. Policy provides added extras for general vet care. PDS covers all items and events that we were hoping to have insurance form. Extremely friendly customer service (staff took an interest in our pet and we had a good chat about pugs... added a personal touch tot he overall experience). Website profile is easy to navigate and one can upload a photo of the fur baby.
