The salesman on the phone was great. He managed to explain everything perfectly, however I never received any of the policy documents and confirmation in writing that I had a policy at all. While waiting for a call back to find out where the documents were, I found a cheaper option for the same product. Never got the call back so I have enacted the 30 day cooling off period and withdrawn my policy via email. Which I still have not received an acknowledgement of.

I can't remember the service representative I was speaking with, but she was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions in depth ensuring I understood my policy. The time it took from pressing submit on the enquiry form and receiving a call was almost instantaneous.
