The phone operater on Friday 10 March was extremely nervous and I couldn't hear her with a lot of background noise. After receiving my policy by email with major mistakes I would not employ this young woman. I have just invested major money with this company and to get basic things incorrect does not instil a lot of confidence. When receiving my policy by email I noticed that basic details were incorrect: 1. My address - is a house NOT an unit 2. The gender of the canine is female NOT male 3. Date of birth of Lotti is 18th November 2016 NOT 1st November Today, Tuesday 14th March at 12.30pm I phoned the 1 300 367 229 number and spoke with a much more competent lady who said that she would rectify the mistakes and email me the new policy which I look forward to receiving in the next 24 hours.
