Never had to enquire about pet insurance and knew massive difference to other insurance I wasn’t looking forward to making the call as always information can be overloading etc. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised that I understood the process THANKS to your SERVICE OFFICER with his knowledge and well mannered attitude i was thrilled!
