Pricing is a little bit pricy. Not sure if its because of my dogs breed or not but oh well.

The customer service representative was amazing. She was really confident in the way she spoke and sounded really passionate about what she does. Which really made it easy for me to decide. She was happy for me to reschedule a call so i could talk to my sister who is a vet nurse and thats exactly what she did.

The consultant called back at the date and time promised and was friendly enough. I felt it was very sales pitchy at times. After explaining I wanted to read to material And compare prices he was still insistent to make the sale that day. That puts me off. Overall though it was a good experience I guess.
