I was only after a quote and the girl who called back after I had gone onto your web page was so pushy I have decided to go with Pet Plan. I could not get her off the phone even though I told her several times I had to go and as it is rude to hang up I just listened. This is not the way to get business

Staff that I dealt with was great, she had valuable knowledge of the insurance levels. Didn’t pressure me into buying the insurance- which I think is great! (Nothing worse than someone pushy)
