I was made to feel pushed into a sale, I really felt the conversation was scripted and that the lady avoided my questions. As a result I have called to cancel and it has been made so difficult, so quick to take money but love to make consumer life difficult to cancel with written letter etc. rubbish.

I only just got this, but it looks great and the service i go in setting it up through the client service team was nothing short of perfect.
