This is the best value pet insurance I found after reviewing five different offerings. It's a bonus that part of the premium goes to the RSPCA.

I thought the service was friendly but not entirely professional. The first call I received was within 30 minutes of obtaining an online quote. I could hear people in the background, there was a few seconds delay as the person who called me was laughing. The second call, I rang back to confirm I wanted to take out the insurance. This person also became distracted by the chatter in the background and didn't seem that interested in my pet or that I had decided to select RSPCA. It was very much a case of reading the script and going through the motions. The standout is the actual insurance offering so if you improved the service you're on a winner!

Staff listened and responded appropriately. When I phoned I was able to speak to someone quite promptly. I appreciated having an Australian call centre. I think the pre recorded message of conditions is a bit silly as I think few people could take on board all the detail presented to us.
