Hira, the lady I spoke with on the phone, was absolutely amazing! So helpful. She answered all my questions and explained everything. She was fabulous and is a true asset to your company. It’s hard to find great customer service like that. We have only just begun our insurance policy, but at this stage I would definitely recommend RSPCA due to the awesome customer service I have received so far.

Given we only just bought a puppy on the 31st of January I would have liked the insurance to cover them from day one rather than from midnight the day of purchase. I can understand this for older dogs but at 10 weeks it would have been appreciated if they were covered straight away especially as they need to go to your new Vet asap.
