So far, I have received what I expected; however, I will wait to see if what I requested, pertaining to cancelling an insurance, changing and insurance owner and starting a new insurance policy has been obliged.

I thought that they were good; however I was put onto the sales service team and the information that I had given to the previous team regarding stopping service for a pet and changing details for another had gotten mixed up. It was fortunate that I was registering a new pet that this mistake was picked up.
