Compared to others this is very good value for money. On the other hand it looks good on how you get to use it. What I like most was that there wasn't an excess paid before claiming. Gives peace of mind for the well being of your animal. You get a good deal and so do they as some of the money goes to the care of other less fortunate animals.

Understand what is needed and not just selling a product. Listening with enthusiasm and trying to let the customer know what and what not is being paid for. Not just a salesperson wanting to sell but someone letting you know your options and hoping you will use their product. Telling you to feel free to get other quotes but knowing they are offering a very good product in any of their services.
