The customer service rep that I spoke to was what made the who experience fantastic. Sadly I can’t remember her name, but she was so friendly, very personable, and made an effort to connect with me. After a few hassles, following my email on 15th Jan and not receiving a single reply.things worked out fine. I wish to give Jessie a huge hug, she was so polite and understanding; something that I have not had for awhile. So lovely to have someone like her to be so nice to me. I am from the old school, being and "oldy" of 75, when we used to get personal service from everybody. That is not the case now unfortunately and to have Jessie react with me was, I guess, a taste of fresh air. Thank you Jessie dear.

I simply asked for a quote online and then I received a whilwind conversation which made me feel pressured into buying the policy with minimal or confusing information. I love the idea of supporting the RSPCA but this felt like I was interacting with a pushy car salesman. The final speil that the poor salesman had to read out was radiculously long and a waste of both our times. The person I spoke to was nice enough but I felt like he was told to talk to me as quick as possible so he can move onto the next call. I work in insurance as well and thought this experience could have been improved greatly.

I didn't have to wait on hold for long (I called first thing in the morning) and my consultant was friendly (Alan, English accent). I did feel however that the call was a little rushed and the sales technique was tactical. Having worked in both a call centre and sales I understand you don't want to let a potential sale slip away but I wasn't really asked if I was actually wanting to or ready to purchase today quite early on. I rang to ask a question and it just kinda went on from there. Luckily, I was ready to go ahead with the policy but I could see how someone who isn't as assertive as me or aware of these techniques would get caught up agreeing to something they weren't ready to... It also seemed as if Alan was reading from a script the entire call rather than easy, free flowing conversation.
