Eligibility
- This offer is only available to RSPCA AU and RSPCA member Society members who purchase an RSPCA Pet Insurance policy on or after 1 April 2026.
- To qualify for this offer, members must take out a PetFlex pet insurance policy with RSPCA Pet Insurance on or after 1 April 2026, by using the unique QR code or link provided.
- For the purposes of this offer, an RSPCA member is an individual who, as at 1 April 2026, has applied for and holds a current membership with RSPCA AU or an RSPCA member Society, in accordance with the respective RSPCA AU and RSPCA member Society constitutions and membership rules.
- Proof of membership may be required at the time of application and at any time during the policy term to confirm eligibility.
Discount application
- Eligible policyholders will receive a 10% discount on the base premium of their policy.
- This discount will apply for the lifetime of the policy, provided that the policyholder continues to meet eligibility requirements.
Duration of the discount
- If the member’s policy is cancelled for any reason, this discount will cease immediately.
- If the policyholder is no longer an active member of RSPCA AU or an RSPCA member Society, they may no longer be eligible for this member discount.
Insurer rights
RSPCA Pet Insurance reserves the right to:
- Remove the discount if it’s determined that the policyholder wasn’t eligible at the time of purchasing the policy.
- Verify member status at any time with RSPCA AU or an RSPCA member Society.
Please note that any misrepresentation of eligibility may result in policy cancellation.
