Eligibility
- This offer is only available to RSPCA AU and RSPCA member Society staff members who purchase an RSPCA Pet Insurance policy on or after 1 April 2026.
- To qualify for this offer, staff must take out a PetFlex pet insurance policy with RSPCA Pet Insurance on or after 1 April 2026, by using the unique QR code or link provided.
- For the purposes of this offer, an RSPCA AU staff member or an RSPCA member Society staff member means an individual who’s employed on a permanent, fixed term, or casual basis by RSPCA AU or an RSPCA member Society. (Contractors and volunteers are excluded.)
- Proof of employment may be required at the time of application and at any time during the policy term as well as at claim stage to confirm eligibility.
Discount application
- Eligible policyholders will receive a 10% discount on the base premium of their policy.
- This discount will apply for the lifetime of the policy, provided that the policyholder continues to meet the eligibility requirements
Duration of the discount
- If the staff member’s policy is cancelled for any reason, this discount will cease immediately.
- If a policyholder is no longer employed by RSPCA AU or an RSPCA member Society, they may no longer be eligible for this staff discount.
Insurer rights
RSPCA Pet Insurance reserves the right to:
- Remove the discount if it’s determined that the policyholder wasn’t eligible at the time of purchasing the policy.
- Verify staff member status at any time with RSPCA AU or an RSPCA member Society.
Please note that any misrepresentation of eligibility may result in policy cancellation.
